SHIPPING INFORMATION
DELIVERY COSTS + TIMES
The prices of the products displayed on the site do not include shipping costs. The method and amount of shipping costs are specified during the ordering process before you confirm the order. The applicable taxes in your selected country will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on postcode and delivery destination. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.
PLEASE NOTE
Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
A “business day” is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in your selected country of delivery.
Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
All prices listed on this page are quoted in the respective currency of the selected country. All prices at checkout and while shopping are displayed in your selected local currency. Duties and taxes vary by country/region and will be determined during checkout.
Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are nonrefundable for undeliverable or refused shipments.
DUTIES AND TAXES REFUND
Our customers need to pay value added tax. (VAT). VAT is calculated at checkout. VAT is not refundable. Please note that we cannot refund your original shipping, duties, taxes, and fees. Refunds will be issued for the product price. If you are returning a purchase and were charged for duties and taxes at checkout, you may be eligible for a refund of all or a portion of the duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for information.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer Express shipping services for international orders. Where available, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Applicable import duties, taxes and fees are calculated in your selected currency at checkout.
MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. Please place separate orders for each shipping address. Orders may not be shipped to hotels or forwarding centers.
SOME ITEMS MAY SHIP SEPARATELY
Due to varying item availability, multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and can be tracked over the tracking link in the email.
TRACKING ORDERS
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a parcel tracking link. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all shipping information, items, and quantities are correct.
