RETURN INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE ORDERS

1. Connect to the return portal, enter your order ID and email address which was used to place the order.
2. Select the item(s) and reason for return.
3. Select the return method and check the disclaimer, your Return Label will be generated.
4. We recommend to pack the item/s for return in the original packaging if possible.
5. Place all the items you selected to return, including this note, into the container and seal it.
6. Make sure the container fits the items as snugly as possible, to avoid excess shipping costs.
7. Also make sure there are no tracking or shipping labels attached to the container.
8. Affix the Return Label securely to the outside of the package. Hand the commercial invoice to the courier.
9. If an account number is required by the courier company to arrange the collection, it can be found on the shipping label attached to this document.
10. Go to www.dhl.com, choose your country and fill in your location (address or zip code) to locate your nearest DHL Express points.
11. To schedule a pickup by a DHL courier, follow the instructions here. A return is processed only once it passes the quality inspection and an automated refund email notification is sent to confirm the details of the return.

Generally, returns are processed approximately within 3-5 business days of receipt in the warehouse. However, during sales and promotional periods, it may take longer than usual.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item, including any import duties or taxes. These costs will be deducted from your refund amount. In special cases, you may be able to get a refund for some or all of the duties and taxes from your local customs office when returning a purchase. Please contact this office directly for more information. We do not currently offer exchanges for international returns.
