AQUA [WATER]
Water
Water is the most common ingredient in cosmetics. It acts as a solvent and helps hydrate the skin. At our production site, we use our own BÖRLIND deep spring water, sourced from a depth of 166 meters and known for its exceptional purity.
ETHYLHEXYL STEARATE
Ethylhexyl stearate
This vegetable oil component is absorbed well by the skin and leaves no oily film.
SQUALANE
Squalane
Squalane, derived from sugar cane or olives, is very similar to the skin’s natural squalene. This botanical oil leaves skin feeling silky and non-greasy. It has smoothing and moisture-retaining effects.
GLYCERIN
Glycerin
Glycerin, derived from vegetable oil, has a moisturizing effect.
POLYGLYCERYL-3 OLEATE
Emulsifier
This emulsifier, derived from plant substances, binds water with oil.
TRITICUM VULGARE GERM OIL [WHEAT]
Wheat germ oil
Wheat germ oil is rich in natural vitamin E. This rich oil has intensive nourishing and smoothing effects.
SORBITOL
Sorbitol
Sorbitol, derived from plant starch, has a moisturizing effect and is also used as a base for powdered active substances from plants.
POLYGLYCERYL-3 POLYRICINOLEATE
Emulsifier
This emulsifier, derived from plant substances, binds water with oil.

The wax obtained from rapeseed oil has a skin-nourishing effect and is a consistency enhancer.

Zinc oxide
The natural mineral zinc oxide is used in a nanoparticle-free formulation. It is highly opaque and has stabilizing and UV-reflective properties.

Beeswax
Beeswax is a natural consistency enhancer. It protects the skin from dehydration and gives it a supple feeling.

Pure undenatured ethyl alcohol, potable alcohol
Pure (undenatured) potable alcohol, derived from the fermentation of plants containing starch or sugar, is used as a solvent for extracts and active substances. It also has refreshing, vascular toning and preserving effects.
BENZYL ALCOHOL
Benzyl alcohol
Fragrance found in perfume blends and/or plant extracts. To be listed separately in the list of ingredients in accordance with the EU Regulation on Cosmetic Products. Benzyl alcohol is also used as a preservative.
MAGNESIUM SULFATE
Magnesium sulfate/Epsom salts
Magnesium sulfate is used to stabilize emulsions.
BRASSICA CAMPESTRIS STEROLS [RAPESEED]
Rapeseed sterol
Sterol, derived from rapeseed, is a lipid component. It has a soothing effect on skin and hair and gives them a supple feeling. It also stabilizes emulsions.

Aroma is the collective term for fragrances such as plant distillates, mixtures of essential oils and perfume compounds.

D-Panthenol/provitamin B5
This provitamin improves the skin’s elasticity and accelerates cell regeneration. It has moisturizing and regenerating effects.
BISABOLOL
(Alpha) bisabolol
Organic FSC-certified bisabolol, obtained from the candeia tree, has anti-inflammatory and calming properties.
LINALOOL

Vitamin E
Vitamin E, derived from vegetable oils, stabilizes cosmetics. As an antioxidant, it protects against free radicals and thus against premature skin aging. It also prevents skin damage caused by UV rays.

Silver chloride
Silver chloride occurs naturally as the mineral chlorargyrite. Nano-free silver chloride has antimicrobial activity and is used as a highly skin-compatible preservative.
