PR3 Rose Complex: The exclusive PR³ rose complex consists of Peony, Black Forest Rose and Desert Rose (CISTUS). It reduces the harmful effects of blue light, protects the skin against visible stress reactions such as redness and supports cellular detoxification.
Gardenia: Gardenia fruit extract is a traditional natural remedy. It is rich in carotenoids and protects melatonin formation in the skin, against digital stress and therefore against premature skin aging.
AQUA [WATER]: BÖRLIND’s own deep spring water comes from 166 meters below ground. It is characterized by its high level of purity and impeccable microbiological quality.
GLYCERIN: Glycerin, derived from vegetable oil, has a moisturizing effect.
SQUALANE: Squalane, derived from sugar cane, is very similar to the skin’s natural squalene. This botanical oil leaves skin feeling silky and non-greasy. It has smoothing and moisture-retaining effects.
BENTONITE: This mixture of natural clay minerals, created by the weathering of volcanic ash, thickens and stabilizes emulsions.
AROMA [FRAGRANCE]: Aroma is the collective term for fragrances such as plant distillates, mixtures of essential oils and perfume compounds.
CARYODENDRON ORINOCENSE SEED OIL: The oil obtained from cacay nut is rich in vitamins A and E. It protects against free radicals and thus against premature aging. It also does not leave behind any oily shine. It also has regenerating, smoothing and moisture-retaining effects.
PCA GLYCERYL OLEATE: This substance, derived from vegetable oils, has nourishing and moisture-binding effects. It keeps skin and hair smooth and supple.
BENZYL ALCOHOL: Fragrance contained in perfume mixtures. To be listed separately in the list of ingredients in accordance with the EU Regulation on Cosmetic Products. Benzyl alcohol is also used as a preservative.
BETAINE: Betaine, extracted from beet sugar molasses, moisturizes and soothes skin and hair. Used on hair, it also improves manageability and increases volume.
XANTHAN GUM: Xanthan gum is obtained through fermentation from a plant substrate and is used as a natural gelling agent.
MICROCRYSTALLINE CELLULOSE: This powder, derived from the woody parts of plants, is a base for powdered active substances.
GLYCERYL CAPRYLATE: This lipid component, derived from plant fatty acids and vegetable glycerin, stabilizes emulsions. It is also moisturizing and nourishing.
TOCOPHEROL: Vitamin E, derived from vegetable oils, stabilizes cosmetics. As an antioxidant, it protects against free radicals and thus against premature skin aging. It also prevents skin damage caused by UV rays.

ALOE BARBADENSIS LEAF JUICE POWDER: Organic aloe vera is a traditional natural remedy. The extract has anti-inflammatory, moisturizing and soothing properties. In powdered form, aloe vera can be used in high concentrations and without preservatives.
RHIZOBIAN GUM: Rhizobian gum is obtained through fermentation from a plant substrate and is used as a gelling and filming agent. This polysaccharide has smoothing and moisture-retaining effects.
HELIANTHUS ANNUUS SEED OIL [SUNFLOWER]: The organic sunflower oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids and vitamins. It has nourishing and smoothing effects.
CAPRYLIC/CAPRIC TRIGLYCERIDE: This neutral oil is a mixture of medium-chain fatty acids derived from plants. It is a gentle, non-greasy and oxidatively stable oil.
SODIUM ALGINATE: Sodium alginate, obtained from brown algae, is used as a gelling agent. It also has a moisturizing effect.

PAEONIA LACTIFLORA ROOT EXTRACT: Peony root extract is a traditional natural remedy. It is an antioxidant and protects against the harmful effects of blue-light radiation. Cell recycling is optimized, meaning the epidermis is strengthened and wrinkles are reduced.
CISTUS INCANUS FLOWER/LEAF/STEM EXTRACT: Organic cistus rose extract is a traditional natural remedy. Because of its high polyphenol content, it has antioxidant properties and therefore counters digital stress on the skin. The extract improves the skin’s elasticity and firmness and thus decreases wrinkle formation.
TREHALOSE: This sugar molecule, derived from plant starch, has a moisturizing effect.
BENZYL SALICYLATE: Fragrance contained in perfume mixtures. To be listed separately in the list of ingredients in accordance with the EU Regulation on Cosmetic Products.
SODIUM BENZOATE: This benzoic acid salt is a nature-identical preservative.

MENTHOL: Menthol, found in the mint plant, has cooling and refreshing effects.

MALTODEXTRIN: This polysaccharide, derived from vegetable starch, is used as a base for powdered active substances made from plants. It also has a moisturizing effect.
ALCOHOL: Pure (undenatured) potable alcohol, derived from the fermentation of plants containing starch or sugar, is used as a solvent for extracts and active substances. It also has refreshing, vascular toning and preserving effects.
ROSA FLORIBUNDA CALLUS EXTRACT: These sustainably obtained extracts from Black Forest rose stem cells were developed exclusively for Börlind. Both extracts have a moisturizing effect. The lipo-soluble extract stimulates the skin’s own hyaluronic acid production, strengthens the skin’s protective barrier and increases skin elasticity. The hydro-soluble extract activates the skin’s collagen synthesis, while at the same time inhibiting collagen breakdown and thus counteracting skin aging.
