Ingredients*

AQUA [WATER]
- BÖRLIND’s own deep spring water comes from 166 meters below ground. It is characterized by its high level of purity and impeccable microbiological quality.
ETHYLHEXYL STEARATE
- This vegetable oil component is absorbed well by the skin and leaves no oily film.
GLYCINE SOJA OIL [SOYBEAN]
- The oil obtained from soybeans contains vitamins and unsaturated fatty acids. It offers good skin protection and makes dry, flaky skin supple again.
SQUALANE
- Squalane, derived from sugar cane, is very similar to the skin’s natural squalene. This botanical oil leaves skin feeling silky and non-greasy. It has smoothing and moisture-retaining effects.
GLYCERIN
- Glycerin, derived from vegetable oil, has a moisturizing effect.
BUTYROSPERMUM PARKII BUTTER [SHEA]
- This organic shea butter is rich in unsaturated fatty acids and vitamins. Shea butter offers very good skin protection and makes dry, flaky skin supple again.
TRIBEHENIN
- The wax obtained from rapeseed oil has a skin-nourishing effect and is a consistency enhancer.
SORBITOL
- Sorbitol, derived from plant starch, has a moisturizing effect and is also used as a base for powdered active substances from plants.
LAURYL LACTATE
- This vegetable oil component is absorbed well by the skin and leaves no oily film.
POLYGLYCERYL-3 POLYRICINOLEATE
- This emulsifier, derived from plant substances, binds water with oil.
SORBITAN OLEATE
- These (co-)emulsifiers, derived from plant substances, bind water with oil.
PHENOXYETHANOL
- Phenoxyethanol is a nature-identical preservative. It occurs naturally in green tea and chicory.
CERA ALBA [BEESWAX]
- Beeswax is a natural consistency enhancer. It protects the skin from dehydration and gives it a supple feeling.
ZINC OXIDE
- The natural mineral zinc oxide is used in a nanoparticle-free formulation. It is highly opaque and has stabilizing and UV-reflective properties.
ALCOHOL
- Pure (undenatured) potable alcohol, derived from the fermentation of plants containing starch or sugar, is used as a solvent for extracts and active substances. It also has refreshing, vascular toning and preserving effects.
PANTHENOL
- This provitamin improves the skin’s elasticity and accelerates cell regeneration. It has moisturizing and regenerating effects.
CAPRYLIC/CAPRIC TRIGLYCERIDE
- This neutral oil is a mixture of medium-chain fatty acids derived from plants. It is a gentle, non-greasy and oxidatively stable oil.
CETYL PALMITATE
- This lipid component, derived from plant fatty acids, is a good consistency enhancer. It also nourishes the skin and has a smoothing effect.
AROMA [FRAGRANCE]
- Aroma is the collective term for fragrances such as plant distillates, mixtures of essential oils and perfume compounds.
HYPERICUM PERFORATUM EXTRACT
- Organic St. John’s wort extract is a traditional natural remedy. The substances in this plant have anti-inflammatory, vascular toning and antimicrobiall effects.
BRASSICA CAMPESTRIS STEROLS [RAPESEED]
- Sterol, derived from rapeseed, is a lipid component. It has a soothing effect on skin and hair and gives them a supple feeling. It also stabilizes emulsions.
MAGNESIUM SULFATE
- Magnesium sulfate is used to stabilize emulsions.
CALENDULA OFFICINALIS FLOWER EXTRACT
- Organic calendula extract relieves irritation, heals wounds and inhibits inflammation.
PANTHENYL ETHYL ETHER
- This fat-soluble form of panthenol improves the skin’s elasticity and accelerates cell regeneration. It has moisturizing and regenerating effects.
BISABOLOL
- Organic FSC-certified bisabolol, obtained from the candeia tree, has anti-inflammatory and calming properties.
TOCOPHERYL ACETATE
- Provitamin E, derived from vegetable oils, is an antioxidant and therefore protects against free radicals and thus against premature aging. It also prevents skin damage caused by UV rays.
PHYTANTRIOL
- Phytantriol has nourishing and moisture-binding effects. It keeps skin and hair smooth and supple.
RETINYL PALMITATE
- This vitamin A derivative has a regenerating effect and refines pores.
ETHYLHEXYLGLYCERIN
- This vegetable substance has nourishing, antimicrobial and deodorizing properties.
ECHINACEA ANGUSTIFOLIA EXTRACT
- Organic echinacea extract helps heal wounds, inhibit inflammation and tone blood vessels.
ASCORBYL PALMITATE
- Fat-soluble forms of vitamin C protect against free radicals and thus against premature skin aging.
PYRIDOXINE TRIPALMITATE
- This fat-soluble form of vitamin B6 nourishes the skin.
SALVIA OFFICINALIS LEAF EXTRACT [SAGE]
- Organic sage leaf extract has astringent, antimicrobial and antiperspirant effects.
CHAMOMILLA RECUTITA FLOWER EXTRACT [MATRICARIA]
- Organic chamomile extract is calming, vessel-toning and anti-inflammatory.
COUMARIN
