Since our founding in 1959, we have thought and acted with a long-term orientation and have grown organically, independently and sustainably. We safeguard our independence with a high equity ratio and grow steadily with a secured liquidity position. Our approach is based on the principle of prudence. We carefully consider our investment and ventures to avoid harming the company.

We have our now over 240 employees to thank for our success. Gender equality is a matter of course for us.

We are producers of certified natural cosmetics and have had the CSE certificate for audited sustainable companies since 2012. We control our company activities along the production and supply chain on an ongoing basis and also request our suppliers to comply with our sustainability requirements without exception and develop them further as required.

That is why as part of our social and ecological projects, we also support training and continuing education for the people involved to provide them with independence and a secure livelihood. We make a point of personally meeting our partners in order to ensure fair, reliable wages and high quality raw materials.
